ATTN: Please be mindful that due to the pandemic, we may experience shipping delays and longer than normal processing times!

Babes, Your order will ship within 1-3 business days, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. PLEASE do not schedule your hair appointment until you have received your order. If your event is less than 5 days from today, it may not be best to purchase online this time around. Due to customization, please allow 7-10 business days for colored wig units (This is not something that should be rushed, as we wish to present our best work. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance.)

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping does not expedite the processing time, only the shipping time. You will receive your order 1-2 days AFTER PROCESSING IS COMPLETE.

We can not change a shipping address. Please be sure to enter the correct information at check out. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be refunded minus the shipping cost of $10. If an order is delivered to the wrong address because the customer failed to enter the correct address, we are not responsible nor are we at fault.

Keep in mind, there may be delays out of our control due to weather and holidays and we are not held responsible. This is solely upon the shipping company.

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR lost, stolen, or delayed, packages. YOU will need to contact the shipping carrier personally to file a claim. 

 Payment Plans

If your order is completed using one of our payment plan options, there is an extra 2-3 business day processing period due to the provider.  

Unsuccessful delivery

1. If the package is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer, we are not responsible for any loss caused. The customer is responsible for all costs pertaining to re-delivery.
